As an authorized BERNINA Dealer, we are Colorado Springs' only independent authorized BERNINA Dealer and a Full-Service sewing center. We also offer sewing machine service.

All Bernina Sewing Machines purchased from our store come with our "LIFETIME OF LEARNING" program. We will teach and help you with your sewing machine no matter how long it takes. We have classes almost every week that you can join at no charge for hands-on help. All of the Bernina Mastery Classes are offered free of charge to anyone who purchases their sewing machine from High Country Quilts.

Bring your projects, supplies, and sewing machine to our fun-filled workshop. 3 DAYS OF FUN. We provide irons, ironing boards, and cutting mats. Enjoy a lively atmosphere where you can meet new friends, share your passion for quilting, and learn new techniques. We'll have exciting games, great conversations, and provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Coffee, water, and tea will be available all day. 2024 Bernina Foot of The Month

Cost: $ Free

BERNINA has over 100 different Presser Feet. Cindy & Adam will demonstrate the 'presser foot of the month' and give you a 'mini' class on the specific uses for the foot. You will experience the precision and stability of a different foot each month, and you will get 25% off the advertised foot!

2024 BERNINA Quick Start Mastery

Cost: $ 100

Jump start sewing on your BERNINA with this all-day class that covers your Sewing Machine. This class is for all current models of BERNINA sewing machines. For older models, call the shop to set up a personal appointment. (Class fee waived for machines purchases at HCQ)

2024 Advanced Freehand Quilting

Cost: $ 50

If you are looking for more detailed and interesting quilting designs, take Valerie's Advanced Freehand Quilting Class! students must have completed the basic Freehand class before enrolling in this advanced course. This class is taught on the SECOND Wednesday of each month.

2024 Patch Abilities Embroidery Class

Cost: $ 110

Block of the Month - 3 Classes Per Block - Registration is Done Quarterly. $75 per Quarter. You can sign up for One Quarter or all Four Quarters. We will be teaching this class on the Second Saturday of every month.
